1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rounds ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including students, educators, and institutional administrators.

2. Description of Service

Rounds provides AI-powered clinical simulation scenarios for medical education purposes. The Service includes:

  • Interactive patient simulation cases across multiple medical specialties
  • AI-generated clinical feedback grounded in medical textbook content
  • Performance tracking and progress analytics
  • Communication and OSCE station practice

3. Educational Purpose Only

The Service is designed exclusively for educational and training purposes. Rounds:

  • Does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • Is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any medical licensing authority, university, or regulatory body
  • Does not guarantee any outcome in any examination or clinical assessment
  • Is not a substitute for formal medical education, supervised clinical training, or professional judgment

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful educational purposes
  • Not share, redistribute, or commercially exploit content generated by the Service
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically copy the Service
  • Provide accurate information when creating an account
  • Keep your login credentials secure and not share your account

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and features of Rounds are the intellectual property of the Service operator. The AI-generated scenario content is produced dynamically and is not guaranteed to be free of inaccuracies. Textbook excerpts used for grounding are cited from their respective publishers; no ownership of those works is claimed.

User-generated content (such as your typed responses during simulations) remains your own, but you grant Rounds a non-exclusive licence to use anonymised interaction data to improve the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rounds and its operators shall not be liable for:

  • Any inaccuracies in AI-generated clinical content
  • Any reliance placed on information provided by the Service in a real clinical context
  • Loss of data, loss of progress, or service interruptions
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service

7. Availability & Changes

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
